Excellent attitude of the staff. Probably the best choice in oahu if you want to be on waking distance to Waikiki. Enjoys the best reputation on the island and I strongly agree to this.
Very good spa but without sauna or hamam or even locker rooms.

It was a pleasant stay on vacation. The staff were ready to help, everyone was very amiable and caring. Loved the top and convenient location right on beachfront. The poolside restaurant and the jazz bar were on site...

Pricing here runs high, not just for the rooms but also for meals, with breakfast for two pushing $165 before tips. The check-in process could use some streamlining. A hot tub in the pool area would elevate the experience, and a shuttle to the airport could make departures a whole lot easier.

Every stuff is trained well and their hospitality to gests is excllent. The room is so clean and everythig we need is well- supplied.Especially, we loved the amenities around bathroom. The scent of shampoo and conditioner are so good. We really want to come back sometime, but not summer season because so many families with children from Japan are there.

That Sunday Brunch at Orchids? Pure magic! If you're a foodie like me, don't miss it. The service was like being pampered in a tropical cloud. So great. And the spot's vibe? Total Honolulu chill with a dash of luxury! You'll be treated like royalty here-a far cry from the crowded Waikiki hustle.
Honestly, we couldn't find much to pick on! Everything else sparkled, from the room views to the sweet staff interactions. Just a tad more variety on the lunch menu would've been aces.

The garden courtyard king room was spacious and featured excellent bathrooms that really enhanced the stay experience. Staff members were consistently friendly and eager to assist, which contributed to a cute atmosphere. The front desk service felt impersonal, lacking personalized touches despite acknowledging special occasions. A key detail missed was the communication prior to arrival regarding our anniversary, with the hotel not responding to my earlier message.

Relaxing by the saltwater pool and enjoying the live entertainment in the evenings made my getaway special. The only minor downside was the occasional crowd at the pool area, but it didn't take away from the experience at all 😍
